Parks in New South Wales To Bring Your Cavoodle

May 2nd, 2019 by Laura

Last Updated on April 27, 2020

If you live in New South Wales, you may be surprised to know that there are numerous dog parks near you.

Take your Cavoodle and go on an adventure to one of these parks in New South Wales!

Burrell Road Dog Park

This is a lovely little dog park to take your Cavoodle. As far as parks in New South Wales go, this is on the smaller side, but there is still plenty of space to run and play with your Cavoodle. Play fetch, set up obstacles, or simply socialize with other dogs and their owners. There’s not a lot to see here, but there is enough walking space that you can comfortable take a stroll around the area and still tucker out your Cavoodle.

Dan Mahoney Reserve

If you want a large, open space to run your Cavoodle, this is the park to do it at! Dan Mahoney Reserve is a very spacious dog park that is perfect for you and your Cavoodle to run through. With all this space, there’s more than enough to do with your dog. It is a heavily trafficked park, like Burrell Road, but the general consensus is that it’s much larger, and there is more space for each dog.

Greenway Dog Park

This park in New South Wales is fenced in so your Cavoodle can be off leash. While it is an off leash dog park, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your Cavoodle. There are plenty of dogs here to play with, and many owners that would be happy to strike up conversation. There are even water fountains for your parched pooch on those too-hot days. You could even bring some water for yourself! The only complaint is this park doesn’t have a whole lot of shade, but it’s still a fantastic park to spend the day at.

Westleigh Dog Park

Another large, busy dog park for your and your Cavoodle. This park has benches and shade for you to sit in if you’re tired, and there is quite a bit of space to run around. It is quite a bit busier than other dog parks on this list, but not so busy that you feel crowded. There are plenty of dogs here, and often there will also be plenty of toys; make sure your Cavoodle knows how to share! There are also  water fountains for hot summer days, though it’s always a good idea to bring your own

Purdue Park

If you want a dog park that’s both big and beautiful, look no further than Purdue! This large dog park is probably one of the prettier parks in New South Wales, with plenty of trees for shade and benches to sit on. Friendly locals with their dogs also make walking in this park a treat. Bring plenty of toys and water, chances are you’re going to be here a while.

There are many parks in New South Wales.

All of them unique in their own way. Bring your Cavoodle out to meet new dogs and new people!.
