The Best Parks in Victoria to Take Your Cavoodle

Tired of walking around the same neighborhoods over and over?

Take your Cavoodle somewhere exciting! These are the best parks around Victoria that you absolutely must sniff out!

Bunurong Coastal Reserve

Hugging Victoria’s vast shoreline is the Bunurong Coastal Reserve, which features kilometres of shoreline and tall, towering cliffs. This location is on of the best parks for taking your dog, as the hot summer months can easily be quenched with a quick dip in the water. Take care to keep your Cavoodle controlled at all times, and you both will have a blast at this park.

Albert Park

Albert Park is a fantastic park to take your Cavoodle, especially if you enjoy throwing a frisbee. This 225 hectare park is on of the best parks to visit, with a number of off leash areas for your Cavoodle to run wild! There are events held for dogs here as well, such as the RSPCA Million Paws walk that is held annually.

Macedon Regional Park

This park holds some fantastic views, and hundreds of native plants for you to enjoy. Macedon Regional Park is 2 379 hectares of land, plenty of which can be explored by you and your Cavoodle. As long as you keep your Cavapoo on a leash and clean up afterwards, Macedon is a beautiful park that can be enjoyed by families of any size.

Yarra Bend Park

Another park near Victoria that features off-leash areas, Yarra Bend is perfectly picturesque park with plenty of vegetation. Yarra Bend is great for exercising your Cavoodle due to the huge amount of off-leash area. If you’re not one to let your Cavapoo off the leash, then there are plenty of leashed trails to take your precious pooch. The wide open space offers a pleasant reprieve from confined walking trails, so you won’t have to worry about feeling cooped up.

Jells Park

While Jells Park is a lot more restrictive than other parks on this list, it still offers an experience for both you and your Cavapoo. This is a strictly on-lead park that has specific walking zones for you and your Cavoodle. The reason for this is Jells Park is home to nearly 150 species of birds. The park itself is lovely to walk through, and if you’re just out for a quick walk, this is definitely a prime stop.

Cape Conran Coastal Park

On leash and off leash areas are abundant in this park. There is even the option to camp in some areas! For a well rounded walking experience, Cape Conran is the best park to be in. This park features sandy shores and flourishing woodlands, all of which make for a tantalizing treat for your Cavoodle! For the adventurous Cavapoo owner, this park should definitely be visited at least once.

Whether you are seeking adventure or a quick walk, there’s nothing like a walk in the park.

Without a doubt, these are some of the best parks to take your Cavapoo!
